Hi, I’m Kaitlyn—a birth doula serving women across the Lower Mainland, BC. I’m known for my calm, grounded presence and deep belief that birth is sacred, powerful, and meant to be trusted.

My first birth was unmedicated, natural, and intervention-free, but it was also filled with fear. I spent every contraction bracing, tensing, and terrified. I didn’t know it could be any other way.

Before my second birth, I dove deep into understanding physiological birth. I learned about the fear-tension-pain cycle, how birth could actually be pain-free, and how to trust my body without holding back. I let go of fear. I believed in myself, my baby, and the design of birth. What followed was the most incredible and beautiful experience I could have imagined.

That birth changed everything. It was emotional, redemptive, and intense. It showed me just how spiritual and powerful birth can be when we’re guided by trust instead of fear.
